Start your day and get yourself ready. This is the window for the bathroom — please finish up before 07:00. Open the windows and wipe the surfaces dry.起床、把自己收拾好。这段时间可以用洗手间——请在 07:00 前用完。顺便开窗通风，把台面擦干。

We need the bathroom from 07:00 to 08:05, so please plan around it. In this window, please have breakfast and everything we take out with us ready by 07:30. Keep the doorway clear, and hold off on any noisy cleaning.07:00 到 08:05 洗手间要留给我们用，请避开这段时间。这半小时里：早餐和我们出门要带的东西，必须在 07:30 前备好。玄关通道留出来，先别做噪音大的清洁。

Once we have gone, tidy the bathroom — wipe the glass dry with a squeegee so the water marks do not set. Make the beds. Then clear the breakfast table: wash up, and wipe the dining table and the kitchen counters.我们出门后，先收拾卫生间——用刮水器把玻璃擦干，别让水渍留下印子。铺床。然后收拾早餐桌：洗碗，擦净餐桌和厨房台面。

Day-to-day cleaning of the home:日常清洁：

• Do the laundry — sorted into dark, light, delicate and underwear. Wash delicates on the gentle cycle, and put your own underwear in a laundry bag first. Then hang, fold and put away.洗衣服——深色、浅色、delicate 和贴身衣物分开。delicate 用洗衣机轻柔模式；你自己的内衣请先装进洗衣袋再机洗。之后晾晒、折叠、归位。

Start with the day's weekly task — whichever one falls on today (see the weekly list). Doing it first means it does not get pushed aside.先做当天的每周固定任务——轮到哪天就做哪项（见每周清单）。放在最前面，就不容易被挤掉。

Tidy the rooms — wardrobes, bedside tables, desk. Iron and mend the clothes. Tidy the balcony and the entrance.整理房间——衣柜、床头柜、书桌。熨烫和缝补衣物。整理阳台和玄关。

Prepare the dinner ingredients — wash, cut, portion. At the same time, make the next day's lunch boxes. Same dishes as dinner, but make extra — two boxes, a little more than a normal portion, so there is enough. Let them cool, then freeze them. We take them out in the morning and heat them at the office. Dinner is on the table for when we get in. Lay it out, then take your own meal.把晚饭摆好，等我们到家就能吃。摆好之后，你自己先吃。

Afterwards, clear the table, wash up and clean the kitchen — the stove, sink, counters and floor. Then take the rubbish bags out from all the rooms, and check the door is locked behind you. We leave the exact time to you; it just needs to be done before you turn in.
